Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of the sobes.ai desktop application and website operated by Individual Entrepreneur Andrei Popov, registered in Georgia ("we"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
sobes.ai records your meetings locally, transcribes selected audio and answers questions using the context of your projects. Audio stays on your device; fragments are sent for transcription and text for answers.
You are responsible for informing other participants that a conversation is recorded where the law requires it.
3. Accounts
One account may be used on several devices. Sessions expire after 30 days of inactivity. You may sign out of all devices from your account page.
4. Credits and Subscriptions
Credits pay for recording minutes and assistant questions. Recording costs one credit per minute; an assistant question costs from one credit depending on its actual processing cost, and the price is shown on every answer. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
Free accounts receive 150 one-time credits. Pro is a monthly subscription that grants 2,000 credits per billing period; unused subscription credits do not roll over. Credit packs are available to active Pro subscribers and never expire.
- Subscription credits of the current period are spent first, then trial credits, then packs.
- Negative balance after a refund blocks new transcriptions and questions until it is positive.
5. Payments
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Prices are listed in USD; applicable taxes are calculated by Paddle at checkout.
6. Refunds
You can request a refund within 14 days of a payment. Details are in the Refund Policy.
7. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to violate the law, the rights of others, or the terms of third-party platforms you participate in.
8. Privacy
How we process your data, including our sub-processors ElevenLabs, OpenAI and Paddle, is described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Termination
You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account by writing to support@sobesai.com. We may suspend or close an account that violates these Terms. Closing an account does not affect refunds due under the Refund Policy.
