Minute of recording
Counted per second of recording length. Mic and system audio of one minute is one minute. Importing a file costs the same.
Assistant question
The actual cost of the answer is charged: usually 1–3 credits, more with a large project and a detailed breakdown. The price is shown on every answer. Chat titles are free.
What is spent first
Subscription credits of the current period first, then trial credits, then purchased packs. Your account shows the balance by source.
How payment works
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle takes your card, issues the invoice and calculates tax for your country; prices are in USD.
How to cancel the subscription or change the card
In your account, "Manage subscription" opens the Paddle portal: card, invoices, cancellation. After cancelling, Pro stays active until the end of the paid period, subscription credits expire, purchased credits remain.
What happens when a charge fails
Paddle retries several times over a month and emails you. Nothing is switched off meanwhile. If the payment never goes through, the subscription is cancelled and purchased credits remain.
Can I get a refund
Refund terms and windows are described in the Refund Policy. On a refund the corresponding credit grant is revoked.
