1. Who we are

sobes.ai is operated by Individual Entrepreneur Andrei Popov, 5 Politsiis Street, Isani-Samgori District, Tbilisi, Georgia, who is the data controller. Contact: support@sobesai.com.

2. What we process

Account data: email, name, Google account identifier when you sign in with Google, avatar URL.
Audio fragments sent for transcription and transcript text.
Questions to the assistant, project text fragments you choose to attach, screenshots attached to a question and the answers.
Billing data handled by Paddle: we store subscription status, transaction identifiers and credit balance, not card details.

3. Where data goes

Audio recordings stay on your computer. Fragments are sent to the server only for transcription; answer history is kept for 30 days; screenshots are deleted after the answer.

4. Sub-processors

ElevenLabs — speech recognition.
OpenAI — assistant answers.
Paddle — payments, invoices and taxes as Merchant of Record.

5. Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete your account and the data linked to it by writing to support@sobesai.com from the email of your account. We reply within 30 days. Recordings stored on your computer are under your control. If you are in the EEA or the UK, you can also object to processing and complain to your data protection authority.

We update this policy on this page and change the date above.
